Lowercase letters look like shuffled Russian text (character probability distribution is very similar to real Russian). Most likely it’s just randomly shuffled. Some random uppercase letters conveniently located under your left hand and some color seem to be manually added later. Text was rendered (in Photoshop?) and distorted (with Liquify filter?), probably to prevent OCR and for that awesome look. It seems to me that is it. Boring enough? I’m not sure it’s gonna fit in the speech bubble though.
