Not sure if too many of you know this, but a crane collapsed in New York City on Saturday. It’s an enormous tragedy and nothing could possibly justify making any jokes from the situation. However, with a steadfast desire to figure out exactly what happened, I mocked up some possible scenarios using a computer physics simulation software called “Phun.” Hopefully it can be of help to the investigators.
