One of the perks I get from working at the world’s largest wine website is that I get to drink and review a lot of wine. And after writing reviews for upwards of 557 different wines, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was reusing some words.
So in the interest of being a huge geek, I exported all my written reviews from Snooth and ran the text through the tag cloud generator at http://www.wordle.net/. Then I did the same thing with Snooth’s resident wine expert Gregory Dal Piaz – just for shitting and giggling.
Can you figure out which is mine and which is the expert’s?
This is my cross-to-bear:

Pretty cool comic book generator from Marvel, even though it’s for kids.
After seeing this post at kottke.org I made this quick and dirty mockup below. The takeaway: it’s a tall fucking building.

Check out my design for the first ever Snooth Cycling Jersey. If you work for a winery or wine merchant, speak up on the Snooth Forums and we just might include your logo for free.
Photoshop jockeys might appreciate how I simulated the stretching fabric on the back. All I needed was an iPhone, a t-shirt, a bottle of wine, and a dream. Which is coincidentally how most of my weekends begin.

I warned you…

A graphic design announcement

Widgets. Telling it like it is.

Has anyone else noticed the growing trend of businesspeople pissing their pants? From what I’ve heard, it’s like the new handshake!
(More photographic proof after the jump…)

This picture has some new interactive advertising-related features embedded in it. Does anyone think this is the next big thing, or just another intrusive way for advertisers to make our lives more difficult?
Thanks one more time Google!

A proposed redneck bumper sticker…
I came across this photo gallery I made a while ago and thought it deserved some attention. Enjoy, “Politicians With Dongs!” (Not Safe For Work)

A re-post from last year:
What could this be an ad for?
